that one lecture on Hongkong should suffice, that if such
a lecture is required by the educational authorities in
England it should be drawn up in the first instance and
the photographs selected here, that it should be revised by
Mr. Mackinder, and that only so much of the expenditure as
may be incurred locally on it should be defrayed from
Colonial funds. I see no objection to (v) which I under-
-stand does not involve Colonial expenditure.
